Amon in the silver mountains has bad grammar in English when you bring him the apples. Is it intentional NPC quirk, or a typo/translation error? He sounds like Yoda run thru a LOLz cats interpreter for that line to my mind's ear...
He should say somethin like ..."Why have you brought me so many?"... if it's an unintentional typo...
