ICloud save bug - ID: 1038

I play 2 devices, an iPad and an iPhone. I usually play iPad while at home and move to iPhone when out of the house. When making the transition to the other device I'll save the game to iCloud save. Then when I'm ready to pick up later on my other device, this could be hours later, I'll load the iCloud save. For some reason the 1st load shows the spinner to show that it's loading but never actually loads the game. I'll have to check the experience of the characters to make sure it loaded a new game or not.
I've noticed that the first load always fails but there is not error message to let me know the load game failed. I would then load the iCloud save again and it would always work on the 2nd try. No idea why this is happening. I don't remember seeing this problem earlier when I first bought the game but it's possible I just didn't notice it.
