When I take the horses from the sewers to savage crossing and enter the Forrest to the west the game freezes...

yes, sad but true:

Please use the travel service to cross the forest, or avoid it, or send me your save game to fix it - it will be fixed with the next update.

Oh no... this is not supposed to happen.
Does the game shut down or does it really freeze? If it freezes on maps other than the forest, could you provide me a saved game please so that I can reproduce the error by myself?

Wow - quick reply.

It just freezes on the 'Please wait' screen when moving between areas.

I have noticed that loading up the map shortly after
Starting up the game causes it to go to the please wait
Screen, and then freezes.
