Must just be a typo but the spell selections in combat shows 90'/40 on my iphone.

I believe that's intentional. I'm guessing it's for balance reasons ... the distance-modification spells dramatically tip the melee/magic balance in favor of magic

Ah could be. I had been looking ahead in the manual and saw it was listed there as only being 18 SP's
