My hunter had a starting Dex of 18 and crit % of 2%. It has only gone up 4% each level. I'm currently level 9 and my crit is only 34%. I read on another thread that it is supposed to be 4 + Dex Modifier. Bug, or am I misunderstanding? Thanks!

Hello thecatdad,
your crit skill increases by 4% each level, regardless of your dexterity. Your stats do not affect the skills.
