Bug? Outside review board (closed) - ID: 377

I steped outside the review board at the starting area. I then opened the manual to review the new spells my Mage (just got level 7 spells) just gained. When I returned to the game every thing was blank and nothing would respond. I can not even open a saved game.
What can I do?
This is a bug due to memory problems.
With the upcoming update, this will work better because I exchanged the pdf routine.
I am actually working on a 100% functional solution, it will come soon.
In case the blank screen happens, all you can do is shut down the game, remove it from memory, and start it again. Very sorry for this!

Even when I close the apt (using the iPad main button) and restart the apt the blank party screen. Even after hours later and my use of other apts. Do I need to unload it and reinstall it?

Please remove it from memory after closing the app via the main button.
Double press the main button and you should be able to see all apps that are still active in the background.
Touch and hold the game icon, until the icons begin to shake. Then you can remove it from memory via the X symbol on top of it. Alternatively you can restart your device. It should not be necessary to reinstall the game!
