FORUM: Bug Reports

This topic was started by Chimookee on 31/12/2011, 16:51:31

During combat, select to change equipment on the last character position. In my case, the companio(ghost warrior) in the first position was killed before the equip turn came up, and when it did, it showed the ghost warrior (who was now dead and in the last position) and not the character who had been selected. I assume the "equip" command was stored by position and not by name.

Hello Chimokee,

thanks for reporting this.
I will look into it asap :-)

You're welcome. It probably doesn't happen very often, but could be bad in a tight battle. Around the same time I noticed my ghost warrior has started attacking my party members. Is this intentional? It may have happened after a battle with other ghost warriors, so I was suspicious.

Most of the creatures that join you (either by random encounter or by summon spells) will turn hostile eventually.
It has nothing to do with the enemy you are facing, but is merely an internal "loyalty" value which will change over time.

It seems like something may still be wrong. I tried doing party attack against the ghost, but none ever fired off. When he was finally killed, I can't drop him from my party, and he sometimes now shows up as an enemy that could be attacked. I'm not complaining I love tha game and o ly want to help make it better.

Hello,

I will look into this, promised. Those pesky ghosts should be laid to rest forever :-)
