I think I found a bug. I have the Dragonbone Bow and the Bone Arrows on my hunter, and I just found a Heartwood Bow of Forgus. Since my hunter doesn't need the crit chance on the Dragonbone, I wanted to switch to the Heartwood for the extra damage. However, I don't get the 'Attack' option when she's equipped with the Heartwood Bow and the Bone Arrows. Are the Bone Arrows only supposed to be used with the Dragonbone?

Yes. Bone arrows only work with the dragonbone bow.
