1)
Trade knows what an item is before the item is identified (you can see who can use it)

2)
character length of name can change how many lines the combat intro message takes.
That is, you might see:
XXXX has these options this battle round:
OR
XXXXXXXX has these options this battle
round:

This stinks for your four combat positions, since the 'attack foes'/'defend' option can flop around, causing you to re-adjust or accidentally hit defend, etc.
Please do some sort of simple fix... maybe shorten the message (xxxxxxxx has these options) or always print the name on one line and the message on a second line, etc.
With Bard's Tale, it didn't matter since you could just spam the keyboard shortcut for the attack command. but here, where it's touch based, attack really should be in the same place for every character.

3)
i'm having trouble replicating this, but i swear in certain circumstances i've seen my rogue remain hidden from one combat to another. but again... i can't replicate on demand. maybe check where your 'clear hidden' code is, and ensure it happens after every battle? or maybe i'm imagining things, but i'm fairly certain i wasn't.

4) crashing seems to happen a lot... usually during inventory/stat management.
