Many people have told me to multiclass one of my magic users to a wizard soon after level 13. I am attempting to do so but my conjurer can only class into a sorcerer or magician and my magician can only become a sorcerer or conjurer. Do I have to become a sorcerer first, or does the race matter? Or is this simply a bug? The manual says almost nothing about changing classes so I have no idea what I'm missing.

Hi!
Before you can become a Wizard, or ultimately an Archmage, you have to gain levels in two (Archmage: three) other magic classes first.
