It should be available in the mountain shrine ONLY. Will fix that.

Which zone is the mountain shrine located? I had this spell on my first play through but I must have gotten it in the ruins before that was patched. I'm back to the same place with a restart but I can't find this spell anywhere and it's making inferno really tough when I can't cure all the drains
