Where to find the Stone Sword ("Stone Blade")? - ID: 1010

I cannot find the Stone Sword. I have been through the Dwarven mountain twice. Any help is appreciated.
Have you checked for hidden walls?
There is one chest at mine cart destination 3 1 2, I believe, and there are five chests in Horon's Sanctum. If i remember correctly, it is in one of these six chests.
I went back in and looked in all chest, I had alreday opened them all. I kicked all walls, again, I had tired this once before.
I still cannot find it. I am at a loss at this point and need it to continue the quest. Any other suggesstions are appreciated.
Wizardz -- are we missing something? I defer to you for the details here.

Did you try this chest? You pass it on the way to Karilan Andur's entrance.
Finally found it but not in the place you indicated. However your suggestion gave me an idea of where to look.

Can you please tell me where you found the stone sword. Back at the game after a long layoff. I don't think I had found it before but I've been all over the Dwarvem Mines and can't find it anywhere. Already beat Muruziel so now I'm stuck. You don't lose the sword once you enter the Dragon Tower do you??? I had already been to that area and I'm afraid I went through to early. It's been 4-5 months since I've played so I just can't remember. Any help is greatly appreciated!
The map posted above shows you where to get it. It does not get used up.
