Any ideas on where to get the divine shell from after the dwarven mines? Ta!

Consider places you have tried to go previously but were unavailable to you. Particularly one where you could get a divine relic.
Let me know if you want a more obvious hint or outright answer.

Hmm, I've checked out the blocked path in savage crossing, one in the swamp, and on my way back to the dwarf mine to see if I can get to the lower levels, but I'm lost as to where else I've tried to go but been blocked! Another hint would be good thanks!
(I also meant after the temple too!)
