Would anybody be kind enough to point me in the right direction. I've thoroughly searched the swamp area near the coast lands where the old Taraz settlement is and have not found anything. I must be looking in the wrong place. Thanks.

It's in the expansion. The swamp is the one to west of tranquil grove I think.
