Hopefully the last update before the release of the full version ;-)

The highlights:

- Repeated Log entries removed
- Repeating commands with changed order now working
- Luck Integration
- Night sky reworked
- Race / Class combinations reworked
- Showing the map now pauses the game
- Indication of HP / SP gain/loss (green/red flash on the character slot)
- The game manual is in again, with a new reader implemented
- As a little teaser, the manual contains all spells now ;-)
