Stuck! - ID: 1119

I have the artifacts of good and evil, have been through volcano but am missing a circular thingie, and also have not solved the unleashed elements riddle. I believe i have done everything else up to that point. I also cannot open the chest before the volcano (next to gnone's table) and the small hut in the southeast section of crystal sea, and I cannot get into the planes as I have not done a good dead for a dragon. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Ive been stuck with no progress for around 3 days now.

Have you been to the planes? You need to help a dragon to do so... I wonder where you could get a dragon from?......

And the planes are NASTY! Mario must have been in a bad mood when he designed them :D

Yeah I know I need a dragon, was thinking the volcano but I need a circular device to get it started and I can't seem to find that...
