Was it my imagination, or was there an area where you could buy Silver Runes with Diamonds? I know of the place where you can trade 2 Rubies for 1 Diamond, and vise-versa. Is that the only place in the core game that Diamonds/Rubies were used? Or am I stuck with finding the Runes the old fashioned way?

I think it is in the dwarf mines but much further to the south than the rubies/diamond one.
