I've been stuck in the sewers for some time now. What am I missing or doing wrong? Any hints?

One of the rooms has a gated doorway that you have to pick (or use TRZP) to unlock. It took me a while. Just keep looking inside each room. Go completely inside each room, you will eventually find it.
