How about a shop where you can trade in runes for the next category? Perhaps in the Andur Mountains...I am thinking trading say 5 bronze for 1 silver, 5 silver for 1 gold, 5 gold for 1 electrum, 5 electrum for 1 Mithril...
I'd be happy with a higher rate, but it is difficult for a single character to carry more than 5 with their other equipment. Five to 1 seems fair since the sell price is two to one.
