I have looked all over the freaking place for it and have had no luck. Im talking about the shop that sells butterflies and the like. Read that it was near the savage crossing and have mapped the entire area with no luck.

You need to go East from Savage crossing past where you are asked to find the sickle almost to the area where you cannot go farther East because the way is blocked. The shop is in the area where you get the aerial clue.
