Hello!
My paladin is now level 16, but he never got the opportunity to learn new spells (empowering - he has all other spells) in the training hall. Is this a bug or a money issue? How much gold costs empowering and when can a paladin learn it?

I suspect this spell is not available in the normal training halls, but must be found or earned elsewhere...
