Can anybody help me to find the item that opens the door in the Lizard Hut....I must have missed something :(

Edit: It occurs to me that it may be much harder to get to her to talk
if you did not help the lizards that had been ambushed by the orcs on your way up to the Loch/Grave Mound.

I got to the dark area and I Started to lose magic and health...then I couldn't enter the door it was locked...where is the item to unlock the door?

When you are facing the door in the dark area and walk into it there will be a screen of options including "use item", choose that from that screen and try your symbols. Just using the general hand "use item" button doesn't work.
