Welcome to the tavern!
I just started a few weeks ago myself and I am enjoying every moment. I look forward to hearing about your adventures!

Makarios

This board seems to be "mature"-- that is, lots of old posts and little recent activity. I'm not sure why that would be. Silversword is a fantastic game, and there must be more and more people discovering it. Maybe they just aren't joining the forums. Speaking of that, I had to email Mario and get the name of the Silversword world/island. I had run across it once, but didn't make a note of it. I figured the answer had to be Tarnak, anyway. Thank you for playing, but wrong.

I've been playing for about a month now. My current situation affords me plenty of gaming time, and most of that time has been taken up by Silversword lately. It is indeed a great game. And who knows-- the forum may pick up, just as long as people figure out it's "Gijatreg", :o

Spread the word :-)

It's great to have you here. Happy playing!

kind regards
Mario

Glad to see some "new blood" in Gigatrej. 8-)

I also had trouble with that one. As I recall, the only time it comes up is in the introductory crawl that tells you the history of the land you find yourself in at the very start of the game. I finally found it in the "Lore" section of the main web site. It's not even on the map!

I remember having trouble with the "Who unleashed the elements" one was well on my first play through, and was a little embarrassed on a later play through to see clues to that one several times.

You really have to pay attention and not move too fast in this game!

You speak truly Visstar. Haste makes waste in Gijatreg. I think you're right about the name popping up just once, in the very early going One of the things I am greatly enjoying about this game is the way Mario makes you pay attention to clues and dialog, if you want to solve a puzzle. The fact that his clues are somewhat obscure makes it all the better in my book. This game challenges in some effective and excellent ways, and one of those ways is the necessity to slow down and pay attention, or risk missing a clue that it may take you forever to go back and find!
