Need help I can't get into the lost forest. I have the shard of nature but it's not working?

Hello Joe,
I assume you mean the "deeper forest", not the "lost" one.
If the trees won't let you pass although you possess the shard of nature, please send me your saved game with the mail function from within the game's support screen.
Then I can check it out.
