I never find them! Is there a place to buy them or monsters who usually carry them?

Runeflinger,
Go to a Camp (any) and create a couple of Conjurers (name them something silly like, "tester1, tester2, etc). Add them to a party and "give" all of their Harmonic Gems to your Mage... Then, remove all of the "dummy" characters and then delete them (make sure you dont your character!!!). I find that carrying around 4 to 5 does the trick.
