How are we supposed to open these treasure chests? Not all lights turn green when u try to pick lock them. Use an item?
Do you have a Dietrich? You can equip it and your Rogue will have higher lock pick %. Using it also is/was an option to knock tumblers off a lock.
Ok, I'll try that but my thief has 99% lock pick skills.
Use a lock pick or Dietrich once or twice on the chest before trying to pick the lock.
Where can I buy a lock pick?
There is a shop in the sewer base of annsharbour (the one near the entrance not the general store) that sells both lockpicks and dietrichs. If you pick up master thievery, all of those tumblers will turn green eventually, but until then either item will reduce the number of tumblers by one each time they are used.
