I came back after not playing for a long time. I had already gotten the dragon egg, beaten maruziel, all that good stuff. So I come back after a long time, seeing the new update... Where do I go? I can't find the dragon egg that I already had, interacting with the sarcophagus yields nothing. Hat do I do now?

Buy the expansion.
Go back into the Dwarven mines. There are new levels there and access to new areas.
There is a passage to a new area in the area by the waterfalls outside the Dwarven mines.
You should have left the egg in the tower basement in the area south of the ruins camp. Without the egg, you probably need to start over. I think you'll need it to beat the expansion.
