So, the guy told me to find an herb. I've found the herb, 4 times now. What else is there? I've been exploring, gone through the mountains, the tunnels, and the watch tower. What am I missing?
Did you take the herb back to Gwyddon?
Read your log (on the map screen). Any instructions or hints are there.
Also, you were given some advice: go to the tower. You will find some useful things in here. There is a spot where yu fight 20 rats and get 600+ experience each. It is worth spamming this (fight them, leave dungeon, fight them, leave dungeon...).
Also to the crypt (
Explore carefully and don't leave any chests unopened ;)
Make sure you visit the arms master at the tent again, too (after you have found the locked door at the guard tower). He gives you some information about entering the guard tower by the cliffs.
That ought to keep you busy!
remember, there are plenty of secrets around. A rogue will tell you they are near. Otherwise, there is a low level spell called Minor Revelation that will also help.
Walking into trees is always worth doing, too. There are plenty of hidden passages through them.

After the watchtower go east through the forest then south to the crypt
Thank you. I think I'm rolling now. I stumbled onto the crypt. I was just missing that key piece about going to the arms master. Once he hooked me up I got some direction. Thank you!
