In the gateway of the planes Eleana tells me to track the band of orcs in the south of watertop (log entry). Somehow I am to stupid to find them...any help?
I believe you can pick up the trail near the entrance to watertop and follow it back.

I tried it already, but it did not work.
Is it necessary to beat the band of orcs or can I lease this Quest out?
you can do it later, but is a major quest. You may also be able to re-explore near the dwarf moutain to find the set of rooms involved.
Help. I got that message at the plane of earth, and went back through most of the maps, not just water top...but south of watertop, all the way through most other maps from the original game...and found lots of orc ravagers and the like, but nothing that had a special message or item drop. What quest are we talking about?
I ask, because I'm near (I think) the end. Appropriate, since the movie THIS IS THE END just came out! How do I know? I have 160 eyeballs and a defiler I'm trying to reconcile with right now! :)
But that said, I have never been able to enter the circus tent or fire near the dwarven mountain entry to the mines. I also never had a quest toward the sewers, even though I remember seeing posts about a new area to enter near midnight, and a reason why there is a midnight sleep timer in the office. (Though I did poke around the sewers at some point, and found instant death several times!) Maybe this is why I have yet to locate the Lance of Fury, which quite honestly, I could use against those virus eyeballs!
Bizarre...I teleported out of my space encounter last night to explore where I assumed that orc quest would lead me. I was wrong. I went to the sewers, found the magic mouth that only happens at midnight...and it got me a fiery avenger, and no way out. I found one more hidden chest, just with gold. I guess these looked new, because the Vision of the Dragon made them visible where they were not before the expansion, but that said, these are most likely Silversword 1.0 goodies, and no help in the new final battle. This was not the quest I was hoping for!
Any clues or direction on to what the orc quest is, and whether that is critical and should be done before battle with 160 eyeballs? I'm baffled. Or am I being impatient, and need to play through the eyeballs with more ahead? Thanks for your assistance!
If you have the Orc quest, you should see hints about their tracks when you exit Watertop to the Lost Forest zone. It says something about them heading west. If you go West and investigate the wall next to the area where you found the Stone Blade, you should find new hidden walls where these Orcs are hiding.

Thanks for responding. I did this last week, and got into the second small labyrinth (as visible via Vision of the Dragon), had a few fights, but no log entry, nor do I remember getting any clues of next steps/quests, nor getting any specific item drops from them. What's funny is I found these hidden walls casting Vision, and poked around BEFORE I was in the gateway to the planes where they issued the challenge to find the orcs. That's why nothing stood out to me. And it still did not make the circus tent or fire beside it open up.
What am I missing? Or what was I supposed to have received from them?
I still need help...
I am pretty sure that I examined all the walls in the lost forest zone, but no orcs or hidden areas. Since I am a little lost further help is highly epriciated...

you might send me your game again and I will examine if all conditions for getting that quest are met.
The trigger should be Eleana, after you met her in front of one of the towers in the Gateway to the Planes.

Is there supposed to be an item drop after you beat the orcs ? Like maybe the dragon key .
I don't remember exactly but I don't think you get any reward besides finishing the quest :).
