Hello,
I'm stuck in Annsharbour.
I could only enter the slums, the harbour, the market and parts of the temple area.
I have found the thiefs guilde below and i ve been told what is wrong with the citizens.
I guess there must be something wrong with the water !? But i don't know what do do further?

If you go back to the thieves guild and visit the boss he will give you instructions as to what to do next.
