I can't figure out what to do next. I have gone through the Castle Tower, the Watchtower, the castel Tunnels, and the Forgotten Crypt multiple times each, along with a few other things. When I try to travel east from the forest, I get a message telling me that I can't continue because the armsmaster still needs my help. When I go to the armsmaster, he just asks if I've been to the watchtower and says he hopes I return with good news. I can't find anything in my log or anywhere else that tells me what the armsmaster needs from me in order to continue. Does anyone have any idea how to help me out?

You have to find the second watchtower. Sorry, this is a bit confusing.
Visit the Castle Ridge Map, and knock on the watchtower's door. This should get you further.
