Teacher for the spell mastery skill? - ID: 1443

Hello.
I thought I read somewhere that the Spell Mastery skill is taught in Watertop. I can't seem to find a teacher for it though. Please can someone tell me where it is?

Also, what does it do? I notice that some spells need you to have it but Spell Mastery, Combat Stance and Thief Mastery aren't covered in the game compendium. Maybe they could be added in future updates?

Hi there,

spell mastery is not a skill. If you cast a spell a hundred times, you will get your first level in spell mastery for that particular spell. It's mana cost is reduced by 1.

Combat stance and thief mastery are special skills, I will eventually add them to the compendium.
