hi :-) please help, am lvl 30. Bought expansion rise of dragons, but can't find paladin empowering spell anywhere, there is mention of mountain shrine? But if this is correct what zone is it in please? Please please?

There is a monk in the NE part of the Silver Mountains who asks you to find a shrine and return to him. It's in
the Silver Mountains South
Once you return he gives you a Mithril rune and the shrine is the training hall for Empowering, the Paladin spell.
