I admit, I put the game down for a few months. I just started up again and I've found all of the spirit essence. I know I have to go to a wizard tower in Coastlands, but I have no idea where those are. It must be a place that I visited prior to my break, but I have searched everywhere I can think of.
Please help.

On the western edge of the Market District in Annsharbour, there is an exit to the Coastlands. You can also get there from the north west part of the Swamps. Both passages are blocked until you have killed Maruziel.
