Help with Plane of Fire/Silvertop? - ID: 1244

Hello,
I am having some trouble with getting to the dragon in the Fire Plane. I can get to the Fire Plane, but I can't get to the middle part of the level. I have the shield that I traded for the dragon scales and I have the disruptor, I just can't get to the Fire Plane dragon.

Not sure if it's related, but I have also been unable to find the north or south levers for the winds in Silvertop. I found the east and west ones, but I can't find north and south. Are they on Silvertop or in another area? I have the settings in my log, but can't find the little wheels.

Hello Encyclia,

try to access the fire plane from the other planes. That should open a way into the center area.

The south wind lever is right beside the west wind lever.
The north wind lever is hidden in the north part of that map.
