I have them both now. I just forget what I was supposed to do with them. I thought I was supposed to return them to dragon grave, but nothing happened. I don't have the quest in my log anymore. Thanks a lot for any guidance

They let you get pass certain doors but there's no feedback when you do so I don't really know which doors they open. You can leave them out of your inventory and the game should tell you when they are needed.
