So it is supposed to be in the tranquil groove but haven't found it. Is it in Iron Valley or a totally different zone?

Found it finally. Now what am I supposed to do with them? The dragon that gave this quest is gone.

Anyone know the use of the symbol of good and evil? Dragon ghost told me to find them but now no idea what to do with them.

My inventory is filling up with items I have no idea what they're use is.

1. Cogwheel from level 4 Miners Deep
2. 4 dragon scales found in Crystal Sea
3. Magic Stones from Janitors
4. Black Heart
4. Unicorn Heart
