The walkthrough talks about using the road warden in Annsharbor or Paradosa but I haven't been able to find the warden yet. Can someone please give the exact location of the road warden in either of these places. Thanks.

I think the only Road Warden in Annsharbor is in the Sewers. I do not know of one in Paradosa, however, new ones may have been added in newer releases.
