Dragonbone bow and bone arrows - ID: 701

I found the bone arrows in the ridge fault/Dragon tower chest (on that little bridge in the lake thing), but I can't find the dragonbone bow, which you need to use them. I don't actually need a completely straight answer, but if you could tell me which map and the general area, I would be extremely grateful. I'm currently being pwned in the inferno, and so now I'm going around leveling and getting better equipment. Thanks!

The bow is actually rather early on in the Ridge Fault area. It is not in the Dragon's Tower proper!  :)
