Hello fellow adventurers during my travels / adventures my Bard lost her harp (instrument) how can I get a new one?

You can definitely find another instrument randomly as loot. You might be able to buy one in a utility shop too, but that I honestly don't remember.

I got a harp as a random drop in the Burial Mound. One might be available in the Bandit's Cave. I found a McLeod's Bagpipe in the Sewers.
