Stuck a bit here.

Could someone give me some help finding the burial ground? I have been all over the Druid grove and over by the bandit cave but no luck.

The burial mound is not in the savage crossing area, it is north in Loch Catera (maybe misspelled) area. Just follow the road going north and you will get there.
