Okay... I'm stuck. I've found the herb. I've been to the crypt and found the rusty bar ( but not what to do with it). Ive explored the tower (all but the room with the door that cant be opened). Ive been to the mountains ( but cant open the guard tower). Been down the rockslide ( and died quickly). And i've been a ways into the forest beyond ( but cant do anything there). Even though ive scoured the boards i cant figure out what to do next. Please help! Thanks.

If you can't open the watchtower, you might want to ask the armsmaster at castle Cranbourgh for the key...
