Really lame question, but I've seen many references to the bandit hideout, but I cannot for the life of me find it... Do I need to finish any particular precedent quest before I can access it?

I'm still way too low a level for it (seems like coming into Savage Crossing I am way underpowered for both Bandit's Hideout and Druid Grove) but if you go SE of the town, you'll find a secret path east, it'll lead to Bandit's Hideout.
