Teleport from Inferno after finishing game - ID: 491

I completed the game - excellent job, by the way - and have found myself creating new characters and continuing to play. That said, I have ended up in the final area of the Inferno (again) and am stuck.
Where Maruziel was is now "blocked by the forces of good", and the way back is also impossible.
Is there anything I can do to get out?

Yes, there is a way out. You will need to locate two secret doors, neither of which is in the lava area. :D One will take you back to pre-lava area, where you've already been. The second is in pre-lava area, and will lead you to 'stairs'. Looking at your map should give you some hints as to likely locations for the secrets. Hope this helps.
If you are stuck between the two forces, there is no way out, I am sorry.
You will have to load an older game...

I'm trying to finish Inferno for the 2nd time but get the message "blocked by the forces of good" right before the chest that teleports you of Inferno. So I tried walking backwards and can't go through same secret walls that through to the grass area. This seems like a bug that should be fixed if people can get stuck on their 2nd attempt at Inferno.
I also got stuck in inferno. I made the mistake of saving over my old saves (my top 3 spots) so I just lost about 10 hours of play. Seems like a bad idea that I can go into an area and not ever get out. It's frustrating me.
