Miner’s deep level 4 - ID: 1569

I think I have searched the entire level but still can’t find the stairs to level 5. It is supposed to be by he damage area in the sw corner but I have kicked all the walls along here without success. Any additional info would be appreciated. I even tried the damage are just south and east of here. No luck

Exactly one square to the south of you there is a hidden door leading west. However, it will not open until you have heard a “distant sound to the west” when visiting a spot in the southeast.

If you think that is frustrating, wait till level 5! :o

It will be helpful if you make some notes on your maps. E.g. I mark special places, incl. teleports and where they land. 1 is the first teleport and 2 is where it lands. 3 is the next one I encounter and it lands on 4, etc.
