I know there is already a thread for Miners Deep, but nobody has responded to my post, so not being sure how often old threads are checked, I decided to post my question as a new topic.
Like others who have previously posted on the other thread, I am also stuck in Miners Deep Level 3, and cannot find the stairs to Level 4. From reading that thread, I understand that it is somewhere east of the square that mentions the evil vapor, just north of the water room. However, I cannot find a passable wall that leads east anywhere on the entire west side of the level 3 map. I've bumped into every wall I could think of. I've used Minor Revelation and Second Sight, and haven't found any secret passages. I've used Shatter Walls all along the walls around the evil vapor space. Some specific direction would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
The stairs to level 4 are due east of the vapor smell. If I remember correctly the wall does not open up until you have visited the room in the far southeast corner of the map. There is a hidden room there with a chest in it.
Thank you so much. I spent hours trying to figure this out. I found the chest, but skipped opening it because of the fixed encounter. None of the other threads mentioned the chest. That was the piece of the puzzle I was missing. I'm glad there are still people active on this site. Thank you again.
