I read that the wind controls open this up on another post? Did they mean the last room? I can get everywhere but there and I haven't adjusted the controls yet.

The other post said that they were in the Pirate Maintenance codes but I don't recall where those were given and it wasn't noted in my log.

There's a pirate cove in the NW area of Crystal Sea.

I seem to recall two different codes given but only one is in my log. When I go back to that area and search around I can only find the evidence of the code that is in my log. Can anyone confirm that the maintenance code is the one you need or is it the other one that I can find no log of? If it is the other code can anyone provide it?

There is only one set of code and it's the code in your log book.
