Well - this is interesting! I am playing the expansion and reached the “Plane of Air” However, come across a bunch of 25 x Aerial Soldiers and have already hit them with more than 50 x 2k damage points via multiple Armageddon spells and lots of Harmonic Gems but barely made any impact at all!!!! Still have 25 of them standing - what is going on?????
I solved the problem guys - Coup De Grace spell works a treat combined with Hesitation spell - just takes a long time!!
Congrats! This is one of the toughest encounters in the game, IMO. Coup de Grace is a good solution, which I actually forgot about! I beat them using the Silversword and Dragonbone Bow after paralyzing them with Hesitation. They slowly fell to the critical hits.
Aerial Soldiers take an astonishing amount of damage, so characters without critical hit ability can whack at them all day and not do much damage!
