I'm stuck here also. I am also assuming that the answer might need to be spelled backwards because of what a traveller in the Watertop area said after helping him.

From the play test, it seems knowing the password is not enough. You might need to go lower in the mines to learn it, before you can use it. If I remember correctly it is Dain, but until you find it (or perhaps it has changed since I first used it) yourself, it does not seem to work, now.

I've been down through level 4 and haven't found where you get that info. Any help on where? (I can't get into the chamber of storms b/c of a bug that should be corrected soon so maybe that has something to do with it.)

hint: the mines have more than four levels.
The bug is, that once you retrieved the needed item, you will not be able to enter the chamber.
But the update is coming and you should try to find the other mine levels.

I know it's tricky, maybe I should implement more hints.
