Shatter Walls - ID: 1450

I have seen several people reference using Shatter Walls. I have used that spell a dozen or more times in many places and it has never done anything at all but drain away spell points. Was this spell broken in a a game update, or is it just unusable except in a few places, or only at midnight, or ..... ??

Not all walls can be shattered. It's only possible in certain places.
I probably should allow more destruction ;-)

OK, so the spell does maybe work somewhere. Is there any indication when it might work? At 25 SP, I can't try it on every wall I want to shatter.

Use it enough and you can get it down to a cost of 1 sp. I spend the time to do that for Sodars Guidance. Of course I like having three high level Bards in my group when I'm mastering spells...
